I passed my driving test yesterday. I took few classes from brother Selim, honestly, he was amazing. He is a very sharp instructor, and a great navigator. He knows where the real exams are being conducted, and can make your traning classes feel like real exam. This helped me a lot of being accustomed to the exam ambiences. 10/10

I had a great experience with Citadel Driving Academy in Halifax. I passed my driving test in December 2025 on my first try, and I’m very grateful to my instructors for helping me achieve that. My first instructor was Salim. He was very patient, professional, and explained everything clearly. He took the time to make sure I understood the rules of the road and helped me build my confidence while driving. His calm and supportive teaching style made a big difference in helping me improve my skills. My second instructor was Tamim, and he was also an amazing instructor. He made the lessons fun, relaxed, and comfortable while still teaching very important driving techniques. He gave me many helpful tips for the road test and for safe driving in general. He was very cool, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the lessons enjoyable. Both instructors were very knowledgeable and truly cared about their students’ success. Because of their guidance and support, I felt fully prepared and was able to pass my driving test on my first attempt. I highly recommend Citadel Driving Academy to anyone in Halifax who wants patient, supportive, and skilled instructors while learning how to drive.

Salim came as a referral and I enjoyed his tutelage. He boosted my confidence and gave me the motivation to take the test and pass on the first try. His method wasn’t just about passing the test but being a good driver for my safety and that of other road users which I thought was very incredible. I always looked forward to our classes and didn’t see it as a chore… I’d recommend Salim over and over again!

I recommend Citadel Driving School for everyone. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional, experienced, patient and flexible. As a novice in driving Salim and Tamim made sure I understood everything and helped me gain confidence behind the wheel. With their guidance I passed on my first road test. Kudos to the instructors

Tammi was my instructor .. he is good. Gives feedback on timely fashion and very friendly .. I felt very comfortable asking questions… Salim was also flexible with my requests.. would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to learn driving in Halifax..
