Incorrect Use of Clutch / Brake / Accelerator / Gears / steering

  1. If you are driving a manual (standard) transmission vehicle, make sure you are in 1st gear and that you don’t release the clutch too quickly as to stall the car. Stalling a car would be marked as a minor error. Repeatedly stalling a car could lead to failure.
  2. Make sure to release the parking brake. Normally if you forget, they will stop you and remind you. This is a minor error.
  3. You must accelerate, brake and steer smoothly. Getting pedals mixed up or being unable to steer/control the car would lead to a termination of your test and a failure.
